Group Sessions

Group sessions are held in a local venue and purchasing this package secures a spot for you and your birth partner! This option includes complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits!

The group sessions will run for four weeks and the session will last 2.5hrs with a 15 minute break part way through.

The benefit of group sessions is meeting expectant parents locally that will be due their baby at a similar time to you. Having someone who is experiencing the same things as you in the early days after baby is born can make the world of difference - a problem shared is a problem halved and all that!

Private courses

Private courses can be held either on zoom or in your own home, depending on location and preference. Private courses are great if you want a more intimate experience or perhaps you have had a challenging experience and feel that individual sessions would suit your needs more.

Private courses have the benefit of the course being tailored to any special circumstances that you may have. Equally without any special circumstances this may suit you better if a group setting isn’t something you feel comfortable with. If you are not local, then this is perfect as it can be facilitated on zoom!

Private courses have the bonus of being designed just for you. The options for private courses are;

You can do the full course which I usually split into four sessions (but can be done over 2-3 sessions for longer durations if this works better for your circumstances).

You can do specific parts of the course that you may feel you want to focus on, this can be over 1-2 or 3 sessions!
